By accessing or using Bastion AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Bastion AI provides AI-powered business automation agents that connect to third-party services, execute tasks, and build websites on your behalf. The Service requires a paid subscription and prepaid token balance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Token packs are one-time purchases. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime through the Billing page — access continues until the end of your billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months. Token purchases are non-refundable but never expire. If you experience a technical issue that results in lost tokens, contact support for a credit review.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal activities, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, (c) use agents to send spam or harassing communications, (d) reverse-engineer the Service, (e) resell access without authorization.
The Service connects to third-party APIs through your own credentials. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected services complies with their terms.
Content generated by AI agents (including websites, emails, and reports) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing all agent outputs before they affect your business. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bastion AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
